SEW MUCH FUN!!
That’s right! Sew Much Fun is the name of my sewing quilt.
Sew Much Fun is a strong beginner friendly quilt that starts out with the easiest blocks (spools) and builds in technique and methods throughout the entire quilt. You’ll notice there are large and small blocks for some. Not only do you get to learn as you go…you also get to practice the same block, piecing it together in smaller pieces!

Here’s a small version of Sew Much Fun made from Minki Kim’s new fabric line called Cotton Nook for Riley Blake Designs coming out Summer of 2026. Additional pattern for this small runner will be available soon.
The photo of me was taken by Tara Reed also a Riley Blake Designer. Tara graciously agreed to take my sample to the Houston Quilt Market last month and hand deliver it to Minki. I was so humbled to be asked to work with Minki on this project! Here it is in Minki’s booth.
The Sew Much Fun Pattern is available in a PDF download and Mailed Copy. It is a bit more expensive, 9 pages printed back to back full of instruction and diagrams. But there are so many things you can make! Pot holders, wall hangings, banner for your sewing room, the entire quilt….all great gift ideas! Ya know … Christmas is right around the corner!!
